1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking details.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales events), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES & TIMELINES
As a cross-border e-commerce store, we ship our premium products directly from our international hubs and trusted suppliers to offer you the best value and curation.
Our estimated delivery windows for standard shipping are as follows:
- United States & United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days.
- Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 10 to 18 business days.
- European Union & Switzerland: 8 to 15 business days.
- United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Hong Kong: 7 to 14 business days.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above $50 USD (or local currency equivalent) to our active global markets. For orders under $50 USD, a flat rate shipping fee will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a trackable link and a unique tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly on our website or through international tracking platforms (such as 17track or parcelsapp). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Avisestore LLC is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
- However, our products are dispatched in optimized packaging compliant with international "de minimis" rules. For most countries (such as the US under $800, Australia under $1000, and the EU under €150), orders fall well within the tax-free exemption threshold, meaning they are highly unlikely to incur additional customs charges.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives with visible structural damage, please contact us immediately at contact@avisestore.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a priority replacement or a full refund.
