AVISE STORE - RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Avise Store, we stand behind the quality of our curated collection for Smart Home, Pets, and Eco-Friendly products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return window, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging. 


2. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

- Pet grooming tools, pet bowls, beds, or clothing that have come into contact with animals.

- Installed or modified Smart Home devices and electronic components.

- Items on clearance or purchased via digital gift cards.


3. THE RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@avisestore.com with your order number and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). 

- If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items due to buyer's remorse (change of mind). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@avisestore.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. We will evaluate the problem and arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.


5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved or rejected based on the item's condition.

- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or financial gateway) within 5 to 10 business days.

- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
